Game Maintenance Technician
Type: Full Time Partial Remote Hourly Schedule: 6-day work week, Day off on Sunday Pay: $18 – 26
A Game Maintenance Technician at Fun Factory is a technically adept role that demands expertise in low-voltage systems, mechanics, computers, audio/visual components, and wireless networks. As a key player, you’ll ensure that our arcade games operate at peak performance while proactively identifying and troubleshooting potential issues to minimize downtime.
Responsibilities:
• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance while applying proper safety, health, and personal protection procedures.
• Contribute to the technical skill development of the Games & Redemption Staff.
• Utilize industry resources, manuals, and manufacturer-specific knowledge to address game-related challenges.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance, detailed assembly breakdowns, and component refurbishment.
• Document, report, and log game repairs, maintain inventory levels, and ensure a functional repair shop.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to enhance the premium game room experience.
• Manage and track parts availability and coordinate external maintenance requirements.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 6 months of technical experience.
• Proficiency in computer operations.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems
• Demonstrate an understanding of mechanical drive systems, their function, and their operation in an automated controls environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating a hospitable environment.
• Open availability, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
