Job Openings

Store Manager

Great pay. Great benefits. Be a part of the team that has been making the fun in Hawaii since 1977.

Salary $34,000 - $50,000 (Plus Bonus Program and Company Benefit Package)

Qualifications

  • Retail management or store management in electronics or wireless communications
  • Experienced in meeting sales target and production goals
  • Knowledgable in mechandise display and inventory
  • Two to three years supervisory experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Electronically/Mechanically inclined
  • Basic computer knowledge
Customer Service Representative

CSR's are our frontline employees. They ensure our customers have a fun-filled experience while in our stores.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Have basic knowledge of all our games
  • Basic understanding of inventory
  • Assist in merchandising
  • Check games to make sure they are operational
  • Perform basic housekeeping such as mopping, dusting, sweeping and vacuuming

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • 18+ years old
  • Have prior cash-handling experience
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to meet physical demand requirements
  • Must be able to work some nights, weekends and holidays
Game Technician

Game technicians initially train in our shop, which is located at Campbell Industrial Park. Once a Technician completes training and evaluation by the Shop Manager, they are assigned to a store.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Keep games and equipment in 100% working order
  • Assist in installing and assembling games
  • Understand how all games are played
  • Load and unload games and equipment
  • Routinely clean games on a scheduled basis
  • Order parts and communicate with manufacturers
  • Record purchases and costs

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of a technical institute or equivalent experience
  • Possess electrical/mechanical knowledge
  • Be able to read schematic drawings
  • Be able to lift 100 lbs and meet other physical demand requirements
  • Possess own tools
  • Have a valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule
